Create an Expense in Expensify

Expensify is the Ecclesia Houston expense tracking platform. 

  1. Log onto Expensify here.
  2. To add a new expense, you can do one of the following:
    1. click the "New Expense" button on the Expenses page or
    2. Drag a copy of your receipt to the web browser.
    3. Receipts can also be emailed to receipts@expensify.com from your ecclesiahouston.org email address
  3. Verify the Merchant information, transaction date, and amount. 
  4. Select the necessary category for the expense. Please refer to this guide or email finance@ecclesiahouston.org if you have any questions on an expense category.
  5. Select the Campus the expense is associated with.
  6. Note the details of the expense in the comments section. For all meal and entertainment expenses, please include who was in attendance.
  7. Click Save to save the expense.
