Expensify is the Ecclesia Houston expense tracking platform.
- Log onto Expensify here.
- To add a new expense, you can do one of the following:
- click the "New Expense" button on the Expenses page or
- Drag a copy of your receipt to the web browser.
- Receipts can also be emailed to receipts@expensify.com from your ecclesiahouston.org email address
- Verify the Merchant information, transaction date, and amount.
- Select the necessary category for the expense. Please refer to this guide or email finance@ecclesiahouston.org if you have any questions on an expense category.
- Select the Campus the expense is associated with.
- Note the details of the expense in the comments section. For all meal and entertainment expenses, please include who was in attendance.
- Click Save to save the expense.
