+ Social Media Policy

Ecclesia uses social media as a tool to connect community members. At this point, a staff member’s individual participation with social media is not a mandatory or requisite part of your job. However, how a staff member participates will be taken into consideration as a part of their job performance.

A Few Reminders
It can be challenging to manage relationships via social media, it is not the place for discourse, debate, etc
Interpretation > intention
One individuals thoughts and comments reflect on the greater whole.

Do:
Use judgement and consider your bias
Represent hope

Do not:
Air grievances
Resolve conflict
Ignore a hesitation you have about posting

+ Logo and Fonts Usage

The Ecclesia Logo and Font styles are intended to create a visually consistent connection point through out the various communication channels the Ecclesia Community engages in. Please refer to the Ecclesia Branding guidline for additional specifics on how best to use the Ecclesia logo. If you need a specific logo type for printing or a sign, please email Asher Castillo.

All content to be included in the Ecclesia Community Life email must be submitted before 5 PM the Wednesday prior to release. Anything not received by the deadline will be pushed to the following week.
